High Power Remote Control Laser Light Projector for Stunning Laser
by MIYA LASERS on Aug 30, 2024
Laser lights are essential tools for stage performances, primarily divided into industrial and entertainment categories. These lights produce beams through krypton lamps and crystal rods, and by frequency conversion, create visible light. Additionally, with computer-controlled high-speed mirror deflection, laser lights can project various text and patterns. Due to their vibrant colors, high brightness, good directivity, long range, and ease of operation, laser lights are widely used in various settings, creating dazzling effects in laser light shows. To ensure proper selection and use of laser lights, the following key points should be considered:
1. Power and Beam Diameter
The brightness of laser lights is directly proportional to their power, but overly intense beams can be harmful to the eyes and skin. When the beam diameter is less than 2mm and the power exceeds 100mW, a stationary green laser beam can cause burns to the eyes or skin. Therefore, it is crucial to avoid direct contact with stationary laser beams. During performances, such as a laser light show, the laser beams are dispersed by scanning, reducing the power per unit area and minimizing potential harm. However, if the mirror or circuit malfunctions and the beam stops scanning, it can lead to vision impairment or even blindness if it directly strikes the eyes. Hence, it is recommended to choose laser lights with a "laser scanning fault protection" feature, which automatically shuts off the laser beam if scanning unexpectedly stops.
2. Types of Laser Lights
Laser lights can be categorized by their scanning methods into two types. The first is the simple beam scanning laser light, which only offers basic beam effects. The second is the galvanometer scanning laser light, which produces text and animation effects. Galvanometer scanning laser lights are further divided into low-speed (around 10Kpps) and high-speed (>30Kpps) models, with high-speed models being suitable for mid-to-high-end text and animation effects in a laser show.
3. Sound Control Effects
Many laser lights, including those used in a laser projector or light projector, feature a "sound control" function, where simple audio triggers the light’s effects. However, sound control typically generates limited and repetitive effects, making it suitable for simpler performance needs.
4. Text and Animation Art Effects
High-quality text and animation laser lights should have a "pen lift" feature to prevent unnecessary laser lines between strokes when projecting text. Without this feature, the text or animations can become distorted, diminishing the overall effect of the laser light show.
5. Multiple Laser Pattern Special Effects
Laser lights with "multiple laser pattern special effects" can create richer and more refined combination effects, enhancing the overall performance in a laser show.
6. DMX512 Intelligent Programming
Laser lights equipped with "DMX512" intelligent programming offer versatile and varied effects, allowing the laser to blend seamlessly with stage scenes. Additionally, models with remote control capabilities make it easier to manage and adjust settings, ensuring the laser light show or laser projector delivers unique visual experiences across different settings.
7. Dustproof Sealing
The internal optical mirrors of laser lights significantly influence brightness and reflection efficiency. If the sealing is inadequate, dust and oil stains can contaminate the mirrors, reducing brightness and overall effectiveness. Frequent cleaning can damage the reflective coating, so it is important to choose laser lights with good dustproof measures. When purchasing, ensure the laser output port has a dustproof glass cover, and regularly inspect and maintain the lights to ensure optimal performance.
By carefully considering these points, you can select a laser light product that is both safe and effective, enhancing the visual impact in any laser light show or laser projector setup.
