At MIYA, most of our laser systems are built and tested based on your order. This allows us to ensure consistent quality and performance for every unit we ship.

Production and Processing Time

Because our products are made and prepared per order, a short production period is required.

  1. Typical processing time: around 5 business days
  2. Timing may vary depending on:
  • Product model
  • Order quantity
  • Current production schedule

Once your unit is ready, it will be shipped directly to the address you provided.

Shipping and Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery time depends on the shipping method:

  • By Express: Typically around 5–10 business days
  • Other shipping options: May take longer depending on route and logistics

For most customers in the United States and Europe, total delivery time is usually within 10–15 business days after shipment.

Tracking and Delivery Updates

Once your order ships, we’ll send you:

  • A tracking number
  • Shipping details via email

You’ll be able to follow your package throughout the delivery process.

Imports, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

  • Duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country
  • These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer

We will provide all necessary documentation to support customs clearance. If you have specific requests, feel free to contact us before shipping.
